Red Bus Bistro Gin Afternoon Tea around Edinburgh

Setting off from Waterloo Place in the centre of Edinburgh, you and a guest can enjoy a 90-minute ride on a vintage 1966 Routemaster Bus for a unique dining experience like no other!

This experience for two will allow you and a guest to sit back and relax atop an old, converted bus whilst tucking into a traditional afternoon tea with an alcoholic twist and taking in some of the famous sites around Edinburgh.

On your cake stand you will find traditional scones with fresh whipped cream and jam, a vast array of delicious finger sandwiches, mini rolls or wraps, mini quiches, a selection of petit fours and cakes.

However, this afternoon tea is not like any other because you can wash all of this down with one of the signature gin 'Pot-tails' which are made using a variety of flavoured Scottish gins from their supplier, McGin, mixed with aromatic herbs, and topped with edible flowers!

As part of your experience package, you are also entitled to a glass of prosecco each and as much tea or coffee as you would like.

The experience will last around 1½ hours and is available Wednesday to Sunday at 12pm or 3pm. Please note that you must be at least 18 years of age to participate.
