The signature dish at Inamo is the famed Dragon Roll sushi consisting of crunchy tempura shrimp, creamy avocado, and a touch of mayo, beautifully decorated in the form of a cute dragon.
Throughout this 45 minute masterclass guests can expect to make two different Dragon Rolls: the classic Dragon Roll as well as a vegetarian/vegan option known as the Red Dragon Roll!
The experience is available most Saturday and Sundays throughout the year and pre-booking is essential. N.B. the minimum age for this experience is 18 years old.
